Search engines get told what the business is
Stay Nashville ships LodgingBusiness. Phoenix ships Organization and a real FAQPage. Not a plugin guessing.

The collection
Three businesses. Three finished sites. Nothing on this page is a mockup.
What is inside each browser frame above is not a picture of a website. It is the website, captured at forty real scroll positions, advancing under your own hand. That is the one claim about web work nobody can fake.
I build the whole site, not a theme with your logo dropped into it. That means the type, the grid, the photography treatment, the structured data and the caching rules are decisions somebody made on purpose for your business.

In every build
Each of these is in all three sites in this collection. You can verify every one of them from your own browser.

Security headers
Both live sites send CSP, HSTS with preload, frame-deny and nosniff from a committed headers file, not a dashboard toggle.
Caching
Immutable one-year cache on every image, with the stylesheet cache-busted per release so an edit still reaches the browser.
Weight
Stay Nashville's property images were cut by about 70 percent, roughly 90MB, with no visible loss on a retina screen.
Findability
Twenty-six property pages and four search-intent collection pages, all in a sitemap that is generated, not hand-kept.
Forms
Wired to the host's own form handling with a honeypot, submitted without navigating the visitor away from the page.
Access
Skip links, visible focus rings, and body contrast measured on the rendered page rather than assumed from the palette.
None of this is visible to your customer. All of it is why the site keeps working after launch.

Rooftops, pools and turf over east Nashville. The same footage that sells the listings this page manages.
The practice
I run Stay Nashville, so the property management is a business I operate rather than a service I describe. The automation work is a capability I can build and have not yet sold to anyone, and I would rather say that than imply a track record I do not have.
Not what the industry sells. Phoenix Surplus needed one photograph of a nameplate; Stay Nashville needed a direct booking. Those are different websites.
Written from nothing, in real HTML and CSS, on a design system chosen for your business. No theme, no page builder, no plugin stack to maintain.
Structured data, a real sitemap, and a page for each thing your customers actually type. Speed and caching handled at the header level.
Your domain, your repository, your hosting account. If you stop working with me the site is still yours and it still runs.
